We are going back to FRANCE! Our trip in 2017 to the Loire Valley was such a smashing success that we are going to do it again. The itinerary is packed with things you would never get to experience as a tourist- we are getting a true inside look at the Loire Valley’s food scene. We will also be taking cooking classes from Sidney and Alison Bond, both of whom are not only incredibly knowledgeable about food and pastry from around the world, but they also have a contagious passion for sharing that knowledge with every person who walks through their door.
