Come with me to Yzeures Sur Creuse, a quiet little town in the French countryside.  Led by an award-winning husband and wife team, we will explore the culture through food and wine.  Much like Whisked Away, this duo lead their classes out of their home.  Unlike Whisked Away, their school is in the middle of the Garden of France surrounded by vineyards, fruit orchards and vegetable fields.  This region is also known for it’s goat cheese and we will of course be visiting one of the goat farms where this legendary cheese is made.

A few of the highlights of our 9 days are: hands-on cooking classes, wine tastings, a visit to Tours, restaurants, a visit to a Duck and Foie Gras producer and a rare tour of The Marché International deRungis.
